Your First Visit to Our Guelph Practice

By consulting our office, you're taking an exciting first step toward better health. Chiropractic care is different. It is this difference that offers new ways to get well and stay well. We've helped a wide variety of people. So the first thing we offer is hope.
During your initial visit you will first meet our friendly front desk team. They will have you complete some brief paperwork describing yourself, your health history, and your health goals. Dr Zavitz will then have a chance to review these, then he will sit down with you and discuss your reasons for coming to our office. You can download our online forms and bring them in with you.
Are you a good candidate for chiropractic care?
If so and Dr. Zavitz thinks he can help you, a thorough consultation and examination will follow. This will involve postural and biomechanical testing, and spinal x-rays (if necessary).
Dr. Zavitz will study the results and set up a visit to give you a complete detailed report of findings. He'll show you the results of your examination, and if he finds that you will benefit from chiropractic care, he will give you his best recommendations for care - the goals of your care, how long it will take, how often you will need to come in, and how much it will cost. Then if you choose to start chiropractic care, your first adjustment will be given and you will be on the path towards hope, healing and health.
